Ne glede na državne spodbude v okviru interventne zakonodaje oziroma ne glede na to, da je država delodajalcem marsikatero obveznost »prezrla« (zlasti na področju davkov, prispevkov in povračila nekaterih vrst nadomestil), pa ta tematika zagotovo ostaja pravno relevantna in ni vezana samo na te razmere. Vsi se namreč skoraj vsak dan srečujemo s pravicami iz in zaradi delovnega razmerja. Že zaradi tega je pomembno, da je vsak posameznik seznanjen s svojimi področnimi pravicami, predvsem pa seveda z njihovim učinkovitim uveljavljanjem.
